Meet our latest engaged couple Kim + Ryan.
We all have a love story and what we love most is when other people share theirs we’ve asked Kim and Ryan to answer these questions to the best of their ability.
How did you meet? And how long have you dated? At a country bar where I used to go line dancing with my friends. We have been dating 3 and a half years.
Our next question we asked them which is one of my all time favorites! Where was your first date? What did you do? We met at a bar and just talked over drinks.
How did he propose? In the most epic way possible: He put together an all day scavenger hunt at places that had meaning for us, with friends and family at each place. He brought my family and a couple friends in from out of town. At the actual proposal, he had a path of candle lanterns leading to him on one knee in a heart of flowers. The day ended with an engagement party with all of our friends and family to celebrate with us.
What are your favorite things to do together? Hang out with friends and family, watch movies, have game nights, play cards. Any funny stories about yourselves? Too many to count haha
Do you have any pets? If yes, what are their names? Yes, a cat named Felix
Do you have everything in common or do you have things that you can’t agree on but poke fun about? We definitely poke fun at each other about a lot of different things. We just like to joke and horse around.
Our next favorite questions are the one specifically for the bride to be and the groom to be!
Question for the GROOM: What things do you love the most about her?
Narrowing down just a few is a very hard task. A lot of her qualities go hand and hand with another. She has both inner and outer beauty that radiates from her at all times. The small things about her that I enjoy, such as her sly smile, biting her lip, giggling at my jokes, in depth conversations that we have. The caring nature she shows to every person she meets.
Question for the BRIDE: What things do you love the most about him?
How caring he is, how passionate he gets about things that are important to him, how he can always make me laugh (even when I want to be mad), that he keeps me grounded, that he strives to do his best at everything he does.
